Account Deletion
Foodpoint OS
Users can request account deletion at any time from within the app (My Account section).
When a deletion request is submitted:
- The user account and personal data (name, email, phone number, saved addresses) are permanently deleted.
- Some information related to transactions (such as order history or payments) may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
- Data deletion is completed within 30 days.
